The paper author registrations include: Full conference access, coffee breaks, proceedings, conference banquet (please register before March 7th, 2018 so we can book your place), city guided-tour, and participation certificate.

The poster author registrations include: Full conference access, coffee breaks, proceedings, city guided-tour, and participation certificate. If you register for poster author, please purchase additional ticket for conference banquet if necessary when register.

The only attendees registration include: Full conference access, coffee breaks, city guided-tour (depending on availability), and participation digital certificate. If you register for only attendees, please purchase additional ticket for conference banquet if necessary when register.

 

Accepted Forms of Payment

Credit card. This payment option will be available after filling out the registration form at the Online Registration.

For Accepted Papers/Posters

Every accepted paper must have at least one author registered for the conference. A general registration covers all papers for this purpose. A student registration can cover only one paper. If you are unable to attend, a colleague may attend in your place. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to let us know about the substitution so we can print a correct name tag for the person attending the meeting.

To qualify for the student registration fee, you must have been a student at the time of the ISICS submission deadline, September 11, 2017. To register as a student, you will be asked to provide a support letter from your advisor confirming your full-time student status or a copy of your student ID. A copy of this letter should be uploaded in the online registration form.

 

For Only Attendees

Only attendees will have conferences full-access only.

To register as a student you must upload a proof of full-time student status in the online registration form. The uploaded student proof can be a letter of enrollment, semester card or student ID.

Members of UADY, CIMAT, IIMAS or UPY must upload proof of their membership in the online registration form (e.g. employee ID or student ID).

  • (If you are a co-author) Your paper number and title

  • Your registration confirmation number for the conference.

By submitting your registration you agree that organizers reserve the right to cancel and refund any registration (minus any exchange and card processing fees not imposed by us).

 

Cancellation Policy
